A guide to what it might cost
Prices are negotiated individually in advance and depend on complexity, but as a general guide the following provide examples of typical pricing for common tasks for non-complex businesses during 2023. You will find that my prices are typically much lower than many firms charge.
Initial consultation and advice: Free
Typical fixed prices for annual tasks including:
from £250 to £350 - Annual Self assessment advice, support and HMRS submissions
from £400 - End of year Full Financial Accounts production for sole traders
from £600 to £1,200 end of year financial accounts and Corporation tax submissions to Companies House and HMRC (discounts for CICs and not for profits)
very competitive charges for more complex small businesses of those in arrears with their accounts
Full on call support service
From £80 to £160 per month - Full year support covering Bookkeeping, Accounts production, Corporation tax and VAT and monthly payroll etc for sole traders and small businesses of less than 5 employees
Annual Payroll set up with HMRC £50 per employee, and then £25 per month to run Payroll for single employee or two employees or £50 per month - for to 3 to 5 employees. Larger companies will be negotiated individually.
£ 50 per quarter - MTD VAT submissions if using HMRC approved software such as Xero and Quickbooks
